Salmon with Sriracha Lime Sauce


  • Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lbs wild caught salmon fillet, skin removed
    • Juice of a lime
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons tsp sriracha sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro


    Directions
    1. Heat oven to 425°. In a bowl, whisk together juice, honey, sriracha and salt. Place salmon in a baking dish lined with foil or parchmet paper. Pour sauce over top. Bake salmon until cooked through and flaky, approx. 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!
