- Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs wild caught salmon fillet, skin removed
- Juice of a lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons tsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°. In a bowl, whisk together juice, honey, sriracha and salt. Place salmon in a baking dish lined with foil or parchmet paper. Pour sauce over top. Bake salmon until cooked through and flaky, approx. 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!This is based on a recipe from http://www.self.com/ that I modified.
